Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a return.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us before sending any item back.
